Wikipedia sez: “Björk Guðmundsdóttir (formerly the lead singer of (born November 21, 1965 in Reykjavík, Iceland) is a multi-award winning (inc. 12 Grammy Award Nominations and an Academy Award Nomination), Icelandic singer/songwriter and composeralternative rock band The Sugarcubes), as well as an occasional actress. She is best known for her expressive range and an interest in many kinds of music including pop, alternative rock, jazz, ambient music, electronica, folk, and classical music. Her record label, One Little Indian, reported in 2003 that she has sold over 15 million albums worldwide.”

Bjork is a weird one for me. She has featured in some of the greatest music videos but her music is just.. meh.? I try to listen to many styles and artists when it comes to music, and while I found her song peformed at Live8 interesting, I couldn’t care less if I missed it. Now if it was Emiliana Torrini, I’d make a point of listening then.
